Hours: Hours are by appointment only.
Saturday 9:00am to 10:00am at the Administration Building. (next to the Safety Center)
If applying for a Zoning Permit, you will need to bring the following to the Administration Building on a Saturday morning.
- Where the addition or building/home is to be built on the property.
- Footage showing front, sides and rear of property
- Filled out copy of Zoning Application form
If you are disturbing over 300 sq. feet of soil, you must have a letter from the Geauga Soil & Water Conservation District along with an Erosion and Sediment Control Plan, before a zoning permit can be issued by the Thompson Township Zoning Inspector.
